NO FEE - This service can be used without a fee, and the provider reserves the right to charge fees for future use of or access.
ATTRIBUTION - Its provider and the authors of the underlying software and data sets have to be explicitly acknowledged.
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED - All rights over its underlying software and data sets are retained by the respective owners.
NO REDISTRIBUTION - It cannot be redistributed for any purpose whatsoever.
NON COMMERCIAL - It cannot be used by or integrated into commercial services or other derivatives.
NO WARRANTY - Its licensee expressly understands and agrees that his use of the service is at his sole risk and that the service is provided "as is" and "as available".
NO LIABILITY - Its provider shall not be, under any circumstances, be liable to the licensee for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service, or any other pecuniary loss, whether or not the provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and under no circumstances shall the provider be liable to the licensee for any amount.
NO ENDORSEMENT - Its licensee shall place the following notice prominently on his eventual application: "This application uses a PORTULAN CLARIN service but it is not endorsed or certified by PORTULAN CLARIN."
TEMPORARY - The present license is temporary and can be changed, suspended or cancelled at any time at its provider's discretion, without any preliminary warning or notification whatsoever, with regards to all or some of the licensees.
NON EXCLUSIVE - Other licenses can possibly be negotiated with interested parties.
SHARE ALIKE - The services or software with which this service is eventually composed or integrated have to be shared under the present license.
